1. Initial Planning
Starting every project, our team will discuss with you what your end goal of the project is and get an understanding of what you are looking to achieve.
Once we have a clear picture we will begin organising and planning everything with our teams of experts.
2. Research & Development
Our team will begin to research into the local area, looking at the architecture and helping to adapt the design to fit. During this stage, we will also research the local impact this development would have on the local economy and the extra traffic it would bring.
We will report all of our findings into an action plan, going into detail about all of the effects and stating all of the consideration we have made while planning this project.
3. Finalising Plan

Dudley Town Centre
One of the projects that we have undertaken for our clients is the development of Dudley Town Centre for economic, social and environmental development. This project involved a large amount of research, looking into the existing infrastructure and developing a new plan to ensure that it meets the current needs of the town and also be suitable for growth and future generations.
Enviormental
One of the considerations we have is the environmental impact any of our projects will have and think of ways in which we can help benefit it. We ensure that all nature conservation are safeguarded and wildlife corridors are protected.

Hydropower, we had the privilege of installing Archimedes screws for Reading Lido UK, on the River Themas. Hydroelectric power is a renewable energy source that uses the force of moving water to create electricity. So we were the principal contractor installing 46 KW for 92 homes. With a drop of about 1.4 metres (4 ft 7 in) and an average water flow of 37 cubic metres (1,300 cu ft) per second, it can generate 46 kilowatts (62 hp) of electricity with its twin Archimedes screws. The plant is capable of generating about 320MWh of renewable electricity each year.
